Return,Exchange & Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, uncut, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is included
- The item is in resellable condition
- Used, installed, or custom-cut films are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item)
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used PPF TPU or PET Vinyl Wraps
- Custom-cut film
- Clearance or promotional items
- Installed or handled materials
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
- We recommend using a trackable courier for all returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
